Staff was friendly during check-in.
The overall experience was disappointing. The room had a dirty shower curtain and walls, which made it feel unwelcoming. Additionally, the amenities were incomplete. I had to struggle without a TV remote and faced issues with the coffee maker.

Room was spacious and clean with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. WiFi was decent, and I appreciated the cable channels for downtime. Breakfast had some hot items which was nice, and the staff was super helpful with check-in. Convenient parking and good location for exploring Kearney.

Great for a budget stay!
We were really happy with our accessible king room. Super spacious with tall ceilings and clean. The walk-in shower was nice, and they had a shower chair too. Staff was friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Only thing was that it could be a bit noisy since the sound didn't soak up well in the room.

More accessible features for seniors would be helpful.

Spacious and clean room with friendly staff
I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of my accessible king room, which featured high ceilings and ample counter space. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, the sound-absorbing materials in the room could be improved for a quieter experience.

we had a great time exploring the nearby trails and parks, with trails and rails museum just under a kilometer away and the beautiful yanney park only a short stroll at about two kilometers from the hotel, making it super convenient for our weekend adventures.

Kearney's culinary scene didn’t disappoint! Just a hop away, Perkins served up some hearty bites for breakfast, fueling our adventures. The location is also a win, with awesome spots like Los Magueyes and Subway nearby to satisfy those cravings. 🎉
Now, I had my share of hiccups. I booked a wheelchair accessible room but ended up with a king. The room had a funky smell, and my bed felt like a trampoline with the lump in the middle! Seriously, it was a rough night for both me and my son.

The rooms offer a decent setup with a microwave, fridge, and one-cup coffee maker, making it convenient for late-night snacks or morning brews. The location's proximity to dining options provides easy access to meals, which can be a lifesaver on a long trip.
Unfortunately, the check-in experience included a delay since no one was at the front desk, leading to a bit of confusion. The cleanliness left much to be desired, as the first room had dirty towels on the floor and unmade beds. thankfully, I was able to switch to a king room without hassle. The air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy, resembling a jet engine, which was distracting during the night, while the TV had a strange zoom mode that couldn’t be fixed, forcing me to squint from the bed to see it properly. Add to that the ice machines being out of service—it definitely impacted the overall vibe of the stay.
